*The following information is base on the newly adopted TABA Constitution which has been submitted to CAV for approval in late Sep 2021.

What is a TABA Member?

As stated in the TABA Constitution, any person who supports the purposes of the Association is eligible for membership.

15. General rights of Members:

(1) A member of the Association who is entitled to vote has the right –
(a) to receive notice of general meetings and of proposed special resolutions in the
manner and time prescribed by these Rules; and
(b) to submit items of business for consideration at a general meeting; and
(c) to attend and be heard at general meetings; and
(d) to vote at a general meeting; and
(e) to have access to the minutes of general meetings and other documents of the
Association as provided under Rule 53; and
(f) to inspect the register of members.

How to become a TABA Member?

In accordance with Section 9 of the TABA Constitution, all new members must submit the prescribed membership application form to the TABA Secretary and TABA Registrar to apply for membership.

Consideration and approval will be determined by the TABA Board at the next scheduled board meeting. The annual subscription must be paid either at the TABA Office or via direct debit to: TABA BSB: 033 259 ACCOUNT: 910 821 (please reference: membership & name). Currently, the subscription fee is $10.00.

How to renew your TABA membership?

In accordance with Section 12 of the TABA Constitution, all existing members must submit this prescribed membership application form to the TABA Secretary and TABA Registrar to renew their membership and pay the annual subscription.

The annual subscription must be paid either at the TABA Office or via direct debit to: TABA BSB: 033 259 ACCOUNT: 910 821 (please reference: membership & name). Currently, the subscription fee is $10.00.

Applications for renewal must also be completed via the prescribed form and submitted to both secretary@traralgonbasketball.net.au AND registrar@traralgonbasketball.net.au

The TABA Registrar aims to email reminders each year to current members regarding the renewal process.
